Delivery Charges are auto-calculated based on the postal code given upon checkout and choose the correct date of delivery/collection, based on the pre-order date which you had chosen.
Deliveries are normally made
between 10 am to 10 pm on the chosen date.
Tartella and its carriers are
unable to provide an exact time of delivery. Our carriers will contact you
prior to delivery.
Should there be no one receiving the goods or an inaccuracy of address, re-delivery will be at customer's expense.
If preferred, Pick-Up can also be
arranged at Jurong West Street 81 between 4 pm to 6 pm on chosen
date, to avoid any delivery charges.
Currently, we only accept fund transfer to our UOB bank or PAYNOW to our UEN.
